Our second CD-ROM for GQ magazine embraced paranormal themes whilst staying true to the publication's laddish roots. This edition featured chart-toppers The
All Saints, Fashion mogul
Paul Smith, Model
Tina Harlow and X-Files stars
Gillian Anderson and
David Duchovny. It also included clips from seminal Boxing matches throughout history and advice from
Damon Hill regarding what it takes to be a
Formula One driver.
For the first time on a CD-ROM we developed a business model whereby advertiser parties could purchase slots on the CD to promote their services. Included on this issue were
Fox Interactive,
Sony and
AOL.
As you can see from the gallery below, the results were eye-catching and resulted in another bestselling issue for this magazine.
